SEASON UPDATE

We have experienced an amazing spring, with regular and substantial rains continuing into early summer. So the vines have just kept growing and look in wonderful condition in early January 2012! The warm conditions now being experienced are appreciated and we hope the vines stop their incredible growth, or at least slow down. The ripening period will begin in 2 or 3 weeks, so thats the exciting time of the year!

TWO GOLD MEDAL WINES AVAILABLE NOW AT CELLAR DOOR

Our Lovely 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon and 2008 Sangiovese are available at our Cellar Door. Both have won Gold medals and are fabulous wines. The 2009 Cabernet was awarded a Trophy at the Canberra Show and a Bronze Medal in the National Wine Show. So it has earned the title of "Dorothy May" - given only to our top cabernets. Come out and try them!

RECENT RELEASES

Release of our 2010 Tempranillo

Yes, our lovely 2009 Tempranillo is all sold out. The good news is that we have released the 2010 Tempranillo, which is just as lovely and is getting a great reception at cellar door. Again, there are limited stocks available, so don't miss out. Its a beautiful, supple full-bodied wine - very morish! Come out and try it.

The 2009 Adela Sparkling Cabernet

Our new Adela (the 2009 vintage) has just been released. It is drinking beautifully and is just the thing when you want sparkles for a celebration.

Try our Sparkling Pinot Juice - all natural and lovely characters.

Our Pinot Chutney and sauce from the 2010 vintage are available at cellar door and have lovely characters. The chutney is great with cheeses, with cold roast beef, or in a stew. The sauce has a touch of chilli and is fabulous with a barbeque or cold meats.

Live Jazz and Wine & Cheese Pairing 19 February 2012

Our monthly music and wine/cheese pairing brings live jazz with vocals on the 3rd Sunday of February (19th). Come and enjoy the music while trying our wines, especially paired with cheeses from boutique cheese makers on the South Coast. $30 for 2 people.

HARVEST FESTIVAL - 14 & 15 April 2012

Come and listen to some great country and blue grass music, while trying our latest releases and enjoying lunch. Full details will be provided soon. This is a great Festival, so don't miss out. Music 12pm to 3pm both days. Bookings advisable.
