This traditional blend of sauvignon blanc and semillon provides refreshing characters on the nose and palate, with citrus overtones and a hint of tropical fruit. Light and lively, this wine will be an excellent accompaniment to fish or spicy Asian dishes.

2006 CHARDONNAY

This funky wine with lovely ripe white peach fruit characters is developing beautifully in the bottle. Complexity has been developed by picking at optimum ripeness and blending the grapes from our different blocks. This has been delicately enhanced by fermentation in quality French oak barrels. Drink now or cellar for five years.

2004 PINOT NOIR

Our Pinot is made in a true burgundian style,with a percentage of whole bunch maceration and then ageing in quality French barriques for one year. This 2004 vintage displays rich fruitcake, cherry and plum fruit characters and is well balanced with soft tannins and good acid levels. It will drink well now or benefit from a few years of cellaring.It is lovely with pasta dishes or a roast. This wine's pedigree includes Gold and Silver Medals and two trophies, and an award for the "Best Red Wine of the Year"(Canberra Times).

2005 CABERNET MERLOT

A medium to heavy-bodied wine with lovely berry fruit characters and a depth of complexity enhanced by a firm tannin and acid structure. Inclusion of 25% merlot provides a smooth mouth feel for early drinking. Maturation has been in American oak for one year. It will drink well at an early age and will be excellent after cellaring a few years.

2004 LATE HARVEST CHARDONNAY

Beautiful fruit characters are exhibited by a very later harvest and a stopping the ferment before it is completed. This is a purely fruit-driven wine, with a slight sweetness direct from the fruit. Fabulous with curries or spicy dishes.

2006 ROSE

The 2006 Rose is made from 90% Pinot Noir and with 10% Cabernet added to provide extra colour and complexity. Its a beautiful wine on a summer's afternoon or with Thai or Vietnamese dishes.

2006 CHRISTABEL SPARKLING PINOT CHARDONNAY

Made from a traditional champenois blend of Pinot Noir and chardonnay, this is a lovely, mouthfilling sparkling wine - and doesn't it look distinct and memorable!
